This is a dedicated administrative role supporting a national corporate services team. We are American Trucking Solutions, and we are looking for a detail-oriented professional to manage our candidate intake process from a home office in the Zanesville area. This is strictly a desk-based position focusing on phone interviews and digital file management, not a driving or field role.
Your pay is performance-based and highly transparent. You will earn between $1,000 and $2,000 each week. This is a 1099 independent contractor arrangement, offering you flexibility and control over your own schedule.
Your day will consist of handling warm leads and reviewing applications that candidates have already submitted to us. There is no cold calling or telemarketing involved. You will conduct structured phone screenings, update our candidate relationship management (CRM) system with your findings, and walk selected individuals through a remote onboarding process from start to finish.
To perform this role effectively from your home in Zanesville, you must possess a reliable computer, a smartphone for two-factor authentication, and a high-speed internet connection.
