Remote Senior Compensation Analyst

Pride Health is hiring a Senior Compensation Analyst to support our client's healthcare facility in Fort Worth, TX. 
 
Job Details: 
Schedule: Day 8 am -5 pm.
Location: Fully Remote
Job Type: Local contract
Contract Length: 6 months, with possible extension.
Pay Range: $42- $44 per Hour on W2
*Pay offered is based on experience, expertise, credentialing, and education.  
 
Duties: 

• Lead compensation-related projects and recommend updates to pay policies based on market and economic trends.
• Conduct job analysis, job evaluation, and market pricing.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Benefits, and HRIS teams.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal employment and wage-and-hour regulations.
• Support compensation program administration and process improvements.

Requirements: 

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• License(s): NA
• Certification(s): NA
• Years of experience:

• 4+ years of experience in compensation administration or a related HR role.
• Demonstrated proficiency in job analysis, job evaluation, and market pricing.

• Skills/Specialties/Technology:

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
