Location: Fully Remote – Biloxi, MS Candidates Welcome
Compensation: Earn $1,000 to $2,000 weekly (1099 independent contractor structure)
This is not a field assignment. You will operate from your home office, using provided warm leads and application submissions to conduct phone screenings, manage candidate records through our CRM software, and shepherd new hires through a remote onboarding process. The role is strictly inside sales support—no door knocking, no cold calls, no telemarketing scripts.
We supply a steady stream of pre-qualified, inbound inquiries from individuals who have already expressed interest. Your job is to pick up the phone, ask the right questions, and keep the pipeline flowing. In return, you need a computer, a smartphone, reliable high-speed internet, and the ability to operate as a formal business entity (an LLC with an EIN). If you do not yet have an EIN, we will walk you through the setup step-by-step during your training period.
You set your own hourly rhythm while still hitting weekly targets. The pay structure rewards consistency, not luck—every screened candidate brings you closer to the $1,000–$2,000 weekly range. Since the leads come to you, your energy goes directly into conversations, not cold outreach.
If you have previously recruited, interviewed, or onboarded staff in any industry, that’s a bonus. If you've managed your own small business or worked as a 1099 contractor, even better. But the main criteria are reliability, a clear speaking voice, and a dedicated workspace free from distractions.
