Your Core Responsibilities

• Conduct structured, phone-based screenings with candidates who have already expressed interest through our inbound marketing channels.
• Maintain precise, real-time records within our applicant tracking system to manage workflow stages and follow-ups.
• Own the remote guidance process, helping new hires navigate digital paperwork and compliance steps before they begin.

Compensation & Setup

Your earnings range from $1,000 to $2,000 each week, disbursed under a 1099 independent contractor arrangement. Your primary tools are a reliable computer, a smartphone, and a high-speed internet connection. To operate, you must hold an active LLC with an EIN, or be prepared to file for one using our straightforward, step-by-step support provided during your training period.
