Hourly Base Wage: $22.50

A day in the life

Picture this: You arrive on site, meet the homeowner, and walk the space with your lead installer. You prep the room, stage the Kohler components, and set the new base with precision. By midday you’re aligning wall panels, trimming to fit, and ensuring every seam is clean and sealed. Before you leave, you snap clear before-and-after photos, complete the digital forms, and make sure the customer understands their new bath system. It’s hands-on, detail-oriented work—done right the first time.

What you’ll do

• Assist with installing Kohler bath solutions in residential homes with craftsmanship and care.
• Represent Renuity on site—arrive prepared, communicate clearly, and deliver on schedule.
• Capture and submit all required documentation, forms, and photos accurately.

What you bring

• Carpentry skills and working knowledge of residential remodeling practices.
• Comfort interacting with customers; clear, professional communication.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
• 1+ years of construction/home improvement experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.
