Job Overview:

The Residential Program is designed to offer students a supportive environment to learn and practice interpersonal and life skills. Counselors/Instructors play a critical role in fostering therapeutic relationships, teaching Social Thinking skills, organizing leisure activities, and providing life space counseling. The role demands an individual who is engaging, organized, detail-oriented, physically active, and skilled in interpersonal communication.
