You will meet with local homeowners, assess their interior and exterior painting needs, and deliver sharp, professional proposals that close deals on the spot. No cold calling-you are running qualified, scheduled appointments.Key ResponsibilitiesIn-Home Consultations: Meet with homeowners to assess their interior/exterior painting needs, align on their vision, and present tailored project options.Accurate Estimating: Measure, price, and write up clean digital proposals on-site using our software.Close the Deal: Use your negotiation skills to overcome objections and secure signed agreements as an Outside Sales Representative.Pipeline Management: Log all activity in our CRM, follow up diligently with open estimates, and protect a premium customer experience.Project Handoff: Coordinate seamlessly with our production and painting crews so projects launch cleanly and expectations stay crisp.What a Typical Day Looks LikeYour morning starts with a quick route check and lead review, then you're off across San Antonio to scheduled in-home appointments. Each stop is a chance to read the room, measure the scope, and build trust.Between visits, you'll tighten notes in your system, send out digital proposals, and make fast follow-up calls to keep your pipeline moving.
