Full-Time | $55,000–$60,000/year | 50 hours/week

Now we're looking for an AGM who can be a true right hand to the General Manager—someone who can help develop a young team, reinforce strong systems, and keep the operation running smoothly during high-volume shifts. What You'll Do:
- Lead from the front during peak business hours with urgency, clarity, and accountability
- Train, mentor, and develop a young crew, many of whom are new to the industry
- Collaborate with the GM to build sustainable systems and improve operations
- Solve problems decisively, especially under pressure
- Uphold our high standards for quality, cleanliness, food safety, and speed
- Take ownership of results, but share wins generously
What We're Looking For:
- Prior leadership experience in fast-casual or quick service (GM, AGM, or strong Shift Lead ready to step up)
- Track record of developing people and getting results under pressure
- Excellent communication skills, especially in fast-moving situations
- Natural problem-solver who thrives on momentum and responsibility
- Availability to work 50 hours/week with flexibility for mornings, evenings, and weekends
