Peacemakers is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead our team at St. Louis Lambert International Airport. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth in a fast-paced airport environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and sanitation in compliance with health regulations.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to maximize efficiency and profitability.
• Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with airport authorities and vendors to ensure compliance and smooth operations.
• Recruit, hire, and retain qualified team members to support restaurant growth.
• Analyze sales reports and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and expansion.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Restaurant General Manager or similar leadership role in the food service industry.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety standards, and customer service best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic airport environment with varying customer demands.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and controlling costs.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
• Familiarity with airport regulations and security protocols is a plus.
