As the heartbeat of our fast-casual restaurant, you'll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional dining experiences to our valued guests. Your leadership will set the tone for our team, ensuring that every aspect of our operation runs smoothly and efficiently.




Responsibilities:

• Lead by example, embodying our values of excellence, integrity, and hospitality.
• Oversee daily operations, including staffing, inventory management, and customer service.
• Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and personal growth.
• Implement and maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and safety.
• Drive sales and profitability through strategic initiatives and guest satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in restaurant management, preferably in the fast-casual dining industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and operational excellence.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
