What You'll Do 

• Prepare and present high-quality dishes that reflect our commitment to culinary excellence 

• Maintain a clean, organized workstation in a polished, professional kitchen environment 

• Collaborate with the Executive Chef and culinary leadership to execute menus with consistency and care 

• Adhere to all kitchen policies, food safety, and sanitation standards with the utmost professionalism 

• Assist with daily prep, ingredient handling, and deliveries to support smooth operations 

• Communicate effectively with front-of-house and management to ensure seamless guest experience 

• Support the culinary team during high-volume service while maintaining attention to detail 

Qualifications 

• Minimum 2+ years of experience as a cook in a restaurant 

• Solid understanding of food safety, sanitation, and professional kitchen practices 

• Strong teamwork, communication, and ability to follow instructions while multitasking 

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs 

• Passion for creating exceptional dishes and delivering an elevated guest experience
