Retail Services Manager

Position Summary

The Retail Service Manager provides leadership and oversight for Maynor Service Company's residential HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical service operations, including maintenance, repair, replacement, and installation services. This position is responsible for operational performance, customer satisfaction, employee development, safety compliance, and profitability across all retail service divisions.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

· Lead daily operations for HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical service, maintenance, replacement, and installation departments.

· Supervise and develop the HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical Supervisors.

· Monitor and improve revenue, profitability, productivity, customer satisfaction, and conversion metrics.

· Support recruiting, training, coaching, and employee retention efforts.

· Partner with dispatch, customer service, warehouse, and purchasing teams to ensure efficient operations.

· Manage escalated customer concerns and promote exceptional customer experience.

· Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, licensing requirements, and applicable regulations.

· Analyze operational and financial performance and develop action plans to achieve business goals.

· Conduct performance reviews and hold teams accountable for results.

· Drive continuous improvement and support company growth objectives.

Qualifications

· High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.

· Postsecondary education in business, management, construction management, a skilled trade, or a related field preferred.

· Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, or residential service operations.

· Experience managing multiple teams, departments, or supervisors.

· Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

· Demonstrated ability to manage operational performance and financial results.

· Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Physical Requirements

· Ability to travel throughout assigned service areas.

· Ability to sit, stand, walk, and drive for extended periods.

· Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.

· Ability to enter residential homes and navigate varying environmental conditions.
