Position Type: Contract
Compensation
Pay Range: $25.00-$31.50 Per HR
Description
This position is based in Atlanta, GA, and involves contract work.
The role focuses on managing and resolving complex financial inquiries and mitigating risks.
Candidates should be proficient in using common technology tools relevant to financial analysis and risk management.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and resolve complex inbound inquiries daily, conducting thorough investigations to address fraud alerts and financial discrepancies.
Analyze customer data and transaction patterns to identify risks and fraud trends.
Provide calm and empathetic communication to merchants under financial stress, ensuring professional resolution.
Maintain detailed records of investigations, ensuring compliance with standard procedures.
Collaborate with teams to report new fraud trends and suggest improvements in risk detection tools.
Qualifications
2 years of experience in financial risk management, fraud prevention, or related fields.
Strong commitment to customer service and empathy.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in handling multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Criminal Justice, or Risk Management preferred; CFE certification is a plus.
