Experience with healthcare incident reporting and claims management systems (e.g., RLDatix, RiskMaster, Press Ganey HRP) 2. Demonstrated experience conducting complex adverse event investigations, root cause analyses, or patient safety reviews 3. Prior leadership or committee participation in patient safety, quality improvement, or risk management programs 4. Experience collaborating with legal counsel and applying medical-legal principles in clinical settings PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS (Medium Max 25lbs): up to 25 lbs., 0-33% of the work day (occasionally) Lifting 25 lbs.
