RN – Nurse Lead

RN – Nurse Lead | Contract (Part-Time Evenings)

Location: New York 14456
Pay: $736 – $840/week

Schedule:

• Part-Time Evenings (2x8 or 3x8-hour shifts)

• Every other weekend (EOW) required

• Holidays required

• Must be available for full-shift orientation (Tuesday/Thursday)

Position Summary & Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and oversight of nursing staff in a long-term care setting

• Deliver and coordinate patient-centered care for geriatric residents

• Assess, monitor, and report changes in resident conditions

• Supervise CNA staff and ensure care is delivered per care plans and policies

• Support development and updates of individualized care plans

• Ensure a safe, clean environment and compliance with care standards

• Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary team, residents, and families

Requirements:

• Active NYS RN License (Required)

• BLS Certification (AHA or RQI only)

• Minimum 1 year of RN experience in LTC or similar setting

• High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate/Bachelor’s in Nursing preferred)

• Leadership, communication, and organizational skills
