Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and develop nursing staff
Manage daily operations including staffing and scheduling
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations

Qualifications
Active RN license (NC or compact state)
BSN required; MSN preferred
3+ years of nursing experience with leadership or charge experience
