Schedule:

-6:00 AM – 3:00 PM | Monday–Friday (with some weekends) With some Flexibility in terms of numbers of hours

-2:00 PM – 11:00 PM | Monday–Friday (with some weekends) With some Flexibility in terms of numbers of hours

RN – Trach & Vent Care Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled trach and ventilator care within RN scope of practice
• Follow and implement individualized care plans using clinical judgment
• Monitor patient condition and report changes to the Director of Nursing
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation
• Follow agency protocols, safety standards, and HIPAA compliance
• Educate patients and families on trach and ventilator care and safety
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing professional development

Requirements:

• Active Ohio RN license (unencumbered)
• 1+ year clinical experience (home care/critical care preferred)
• Strong clinical and independent decision-making skills
• BLS/CPR certified + TB clearance
• Reliable transportation & valid driver's license
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with patient mobility
• Up-to-date vaccinations (COVID-19, Flu, Hep B)
