We are seeking a dedicated RN - OR to provide exceptional perioperative care that transforms patient outcomes and supports surgical success. Required Skills:
  • Valid RN license in the state of practice
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
  • Strong knowledge of the Nursing Process, surgical procedures, and perioperative protocols
  • Excellent assessment, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities
  • Superior communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to delegate effectively and prioritize patient safety

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Certification in surgical or perioperative nursing (CNOR or equivalent)
  • Previous experience working in an operating room setting
  • Leadership or supervisory experience
  • Proficiency with electronic medical records and hospital computer systems

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Diploma in Nursing required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred
  • Prior perioperative nursing experience, ideally 2+ years
  • Demonstrated ability to manage high-pressure situations efficiently

Other Requirements:
  • Ability to work Day Shift, 8-hour shifts, starting from 05/18/2026
  • Physical ability to perform heavy work, including repositioning and assisting patients
  • Exposure to blood, bodily fluids, and communicable diseases in accordance with safety standards
  • Willingness to adhere to all hospital policies, standards, and compliance regulations
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and patient-centered care
