Please visit us at: www.texastissue.comKey Responsibilities:Lead and guide production teams.Enforce safety and company standards.Manage workflow, schedules, and training.Monitor output and drive improvements.Work to foster and grow the company culture of teamwork, respect and continual improvement.Supports Company's certifications and outside agency requirements relate to production including but limited: ISO 9001, HACCP, Food Safety, and Customer System Requirements.Promote teamwork and continuous improvement.Qualifications:5–10 years in manufacturing; supervisory experience required.Paper or food industry experience preferred.Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office.High school diploma required, technical degree a plus.Physically able to meet job demands.Able to work a rotating schedule to include nights, weekends and potential holidays.Join a company that values leadership, safety, and innovation.
