Required Skills:
- Current Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification preferred
- Proficiency with GE ventilators and neuro diagnostic equipment
- Strong understanding of respiratory care protocols and neuro diagnostics
- Excellent patient assessment and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting with attention to detail
Nice to Have Skills:
- Previous travel therapy experience
- Knowledge of hospital-specific systems and workflows
- Additional certifications related to neuro diagnostics or advanced respiratory therapy
- Experience working with diverse patient populations
Preferred Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- College diploma or transcripts demonstrating relevant coursework strongly preferred
- Prior experience in neuro diagnostics or related fields is advantageous
Other Requirements:
- Ability to work weekends, specifically 3x12-hour day shifts (07:00 - 19:30)
- Flexibility to float between campuses as needed
- Valid licensure, certifications, and compliance with all applicable safety standards
- Reliable transportation and parking permissions (WMC Agency Permit, WB Permit, or CXS Permit)
- Willingness to adhere to hospital and company policies, including safety, confidentiality, and professional conduct
