Job Description
- Drive business growth by identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities within your assigned market and territory.
- Manage the full recruitment and sales lifecycle, from initial client engagement and candidate interviews through offer negotiation and placement.
- Build and maintain your own portfolio of clients and candidates, developing long-term relationships with both new and existing stakeholders.
- Proactively source, screen, and engage top talent using a variety of recruiting tools, databases, and online platforms.
- Partner closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and deliver tailored talent solutions that support their business objectives.
- Conduct in-depth candidate interviews to assess skills, experience, motivations, and cultural fit.
- Negotiate terms and contracts with prospective clients, ensuring mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Provide consultative market insights and expert guidance to clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Consistently achieve and exceed performance metrics, business development goals, and placement targets.

- Demonstrated experience in prospecting, business development, and generating new client opportunities.
- Proven ability to close business and successfully manage the sales process from initial outreach through signed agreement.
- Consistent track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas, revenue targets, or performance objectives.

- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) or equivalent professional experience.
