Looking for self driven, highly motivated individuals to join our team in a fast pace environment!Role Responsibilities Build and develop book of business through cold calls/emailsBuild, manage, and maintain pipeline of prospectsExecute 50+ calls or emails per day to prospects in your pipelineManage day to day operations for landed and assigned account(s).Includes: build and schedule appointments, customer updates/tracking, portal updates, accessorial management, spot quoting, collect PODs/receipts for AR, and cover available shipments (when necessary).Identify growth opportunities through customer relations by building rapportIdentify and convert available opportunities into consistent awardsGrow account(s) revenue by 10% YOYAccounts will be reviewed monthly by supervisorSchedule regular monthly check-in calls with customers to review service and identify open opportunities or areas of improvementEstablish minimum of $5K margin per week through closed accounts (by first 90 days)Achieve monthly account goals set by supervisorRole Requirements 2+ year(s) in logistics brokerage roleAdequate computer skills – Familiar with web platforms and Microsoft OfficeHigh organizational skills and strong time management skillsDriven, self motivated, and comfortable in a competitive team environmentAbility to handle rejection without despairProblem solving abilitiesPersistent demeanor on a daily/weekly basisMotivated by high commission and company goalsCompensation Package Annual Salary + Uncapped CommissionMedical, Dental, Vision, HSA, and 401k offerings#J-18808-Ljbffr
