Position Overview:

 We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Sales Administrative Associate to support our sales team and ensure smooth daily showroom operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, design-driven environment and possesses strong organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide administrative support to the sales team
  • Greet and assist customers, direct inquiries appropriately
  • Prepare quotes, invoices, and sales-related documentation
  • Manage order processing and track project timelines
  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal team members
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and appointment scheduling
  • Ensure the showroom remains organized and presentable
Qualifications:


  • Previous administrative or customer service experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Bilingual (Mandarin preferred)
