SALES AGENT:

Ready to turn conversations into connections, and connections into a career? As a Sales Agent on our Sales & Loyalty Center team, you'll be the friendly voice that welcomes clients into the College HUNKS family. No cold calling, ever. Just genuine conversations with people who are already reaching out because they need us. Your job? Listen, WOW them, and help get their move or junk removal booked.

You'll spend your day connecting with clients over the phone, sharing what makes College HUNKS different, and turning inquiries into booked jobs. It's fast-paced, it's people-first, and it's a place where your personality and hustle truly matter.

• Turn inquiries into booked jobs, building genuine value and helping clients see why we're the right choice.
• Represent the brand with pride in every single interaction.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

Tech-Savvy & Adaptable

You're comfortable with everyday tech-Windows, browsers, Microsoft 365, Zoom-and you don't panic when something needs troubleshooting. Bonus points if you've worked in a CRM before, but we'll get you up to speed either way.

A Natural Communicator

You build rapport easily, explain things clearly, and stay calm and confident even when a conversation gets tricky.

A Sales Mindset

You know how to multitask a live call while taking notes, uncover what a client really needs, create genuine urgency, and close with confidence-without ever feeling pushy.

THE BASICS

• High school diploma or GED
• Typing speed of at least 30 WPM
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office and everyday internet tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Integrity, a great work ethic, and a genuine customer-first mindset
• Candidates must reside in the United States to be considered for this position.
