About the role

The Sales & Brand Growth Lead connects our restaurant with the businesses and people around us. You’ll build relationships with local businesses and work alongside our Catering Lead to turn catering guests into regular guests.

Great sales starts with knowing the product and the guest experience inside and out. That’s why this role is built on operations. About 70% of your time will be spent in restaurant operations learning and serving alongside our team. The other 30% will be dedicated to sales and brand growth. As this roles progresses, the ratio of operations to Admin role beings to change.

What you’ll do

Sales & Brand Growth (about 30%)

• Find nearby businesses and build relationships with them: offices, schools, churches, medical facilities and community organizations.
• Work with our Catering Lead to follow up with catering guests and invite them back as regular guests.
• Visit local businesses with samples and information about catering and promotions.
• Represent Chick-fil-A Rocky River at community events and local partnerships.
• Track leads, contacts and follow-ups, and report on results. [Add specific goals, e.g., new business partnerships per month]
• Bring fresh ideas for local marketing and brand awareness.

Operations (about 70%)

• Learn and work positions throughout the restaurant, front of house and back of house.
• Deliver the remarkable hospitality our guests expect.
• Uphold our standards for food quality, cleanliness, speed and service.
• Model our culture and work ethic for the rest of the team.

What we’re looking for

• Experience in sales, marketing or catering, or a combination of these. [Minimum years, e.g., 1 year]
• A natural relationship-builder who’s confident starting conversations with business owners and decision-makers.
• Self-motivated and organized, with strong follow-through.
• A servant-hearted attitude and a willingness to learn operations from the ground up.
• Fits our culture: positive, humble, hardworking and dependable.

Schedule

• Full-time, 5 days a week, including Saturdays.
• Available 1–2 evenings a week.
• Sundays off, always. Chick-fil-A is closed on Sundays.
