Sales and Enrollment Manager

Location: Mercy Life of MA - West Springfield, MA

Status: Full Time, Onsite

Shift: Mon - Fri 8 am to 430 pm

Pay Range: $39.80-$49.75/hr

Position Purpose:

Lead and manage the Sales and Enrollment team to support PACE's growth goals. Drive community outreach, build partnerships, and ensure enrollment targets are met. Oversee accurate tracking of referrals in CRM and other platforms. Collaborate with leadership to execute marketing and growth strategies

What you will do:

  • Report data, updates, and project progress to the VP of Sales & Enrollment and leadership.

  • Lead, coach, and train the Sales & Enrollment team; handle complex cases and oversee enrollment accuracy.

  • Support Community Liaisons in creating and reviewing sales plans to meet growth goals.

  • Ensure team meets key performance indicators (KPIs) for calls, visits, referrals, and enrollments.

  • Conduct performance evaluations, hire and onboard new team members.

  • Hold monthly team meetings and regular one-on-ones to support team development and performance.

  • Plan and lead outreach events, open houses, and sales presentations to referral sources.

  • Collect, monitor, and report enrollment data to meet regulatory and internal requirements.

  • Submit marketing materials for approval and ensure current enrollment agreements are used.

  • Supervise direct reports and ensure compliance with state-specific enrollment processes.

  • Maintain confidentiality of participant data and build strong community and agency relationships.

  • Support quality improvement and regulatory compliance across PACE operations.

  • Serve on internal committees and assist with mandatory training and education efforts.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field or a combination of education and sales management experience may be acceptable.

  • Minimum (3) years of sales experience in healthcare.

  • Strong leadership and consensus building skills needed; project management skills including effective PR and external relations skills.

  • Active, current driver's license and insured vehicle is required.

  • Experience in training, coaching and motivating sales team members and improving effectiveness. Proven ability to develop and implement a strategic sales plan. Evidence of achieving sales goals.

  • Comprehensive to expert proficiency with Microsoft product suite (MS Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.); basic knowledge and experience with electronic mail and calendaring system. Ability to use other software as required to perform the essential functions of the job.

  • Must manage conflict well, have high decision-making quality and flexibility to adapt to ongoing change.

  • Possess interpersonal skills to drive collaboration. Ability and skills to plan, organize, develop, implement and interpret programs, goals, objectives, policies and procedures of the organization in line with our mission, vision, and philosophy.
