Sales Associate

We are seeking a Sales Associate who is sales-driven, customer-focused, and eager to meet and exceed sales goals.

• Sell and upsell products while providing an exceptional customer experience.
• Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Maintain an organized and attractive showroom environment.
• Handle POS transactions, manage inventory, and oversee daily store operations.
• Address customer questions and resolve issues professionally.
• Participate in promotional events and special projects to increase sales.

  Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, 1-3 years of retail or sales experience (flooring knowledge a plus), strong communication and customer service skills, bilingual (Spanish) skills are a bonus, forklift certification prior to operation, and a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime.
