BDC (Business Development Center) Agent

Responsibilities:
- Respond to internet leads and customer inquiries
- Make outbound calls and send texts/emails to customers
- Set and confirm sales appointments for the sales team
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM
- Follow up with customers to keep them engaged in the buying process
Requirements:
- Previous sales or customer service experience required
- Strong phone communication skills
- Comfortable using computers and CRM systems
- CDK Eleads experience preferred
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
