Sales & Business Development Representative

Position Overview

Premier Workforce is recruiting motivated college students and recent graduates for a growing, established Indianapolis-based company serving commercial and industrial customers nationwide.This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain real-world experience in sales, business development, customer relationships, and business operations.No previous sales experience is required. Training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential business customers.
• Conduct outbound prospecting through phone calls, email, and LinkedIn.
• Connect with business owners, purchasing managers, and decision-makers.
• Introduce products and services to prospective customers.
• Generate qualified sales leads and identify new business opportunities.
• Schedule meetings and follow up with prospective customers.
• Assist with customer quotations and sales inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
• Work closely with experienced sales and account management teams.

Qualifications

• Currently attending college, recently graduated, or pursuing an entry-level sales career.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable making outbound calls.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and eager to learn.
• Basic computer skills.
• Interest in sales, marketing, entrepreneurship, or business development.
