Lead and develop a team of Business Development Associates responsible for generating new business opportunities.

What You'll Do:
Develop High-Performing Sales Talent
Coach, mentor, and motivate Business Development Associates to maximize individual and team performance.
Conduct call reviews and provide real-time coaching to improve sales effectiveness and customer engagement.
Deliver ongoing performance feedback and development planning.
Support onboarding, training, and ramp-up of new team members.
Drive Sales Performance
Establish and communicate clear expectations for daily, monthly, and quarterly performance.
Monitor sales activity, pipeline development, lead generation, and conversion metrics.
Identify performance trends and implement action plans to improve results.
Create a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and achievement.
Partner with Leadership
Collaborate with senior leaders to improve prospect targeting and business development strategies.
Drive initiatives that increase lead quality, conversion rates, and overall productivity.
Utilize data, reporting, and analytics to guide decision making and performance improvement.

What We're Looking For:
Required
5+ years of sales, business development, or customer acquisition experience.
3+ years of leadership, coaching, or people management experience.
Proven success achieving and exceeding sales goals.
Strong communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to leverage performance metrics and data to drive results.
Experience working in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments.
Preferred
Experience leading SDR, BDR, Inside Sales, Business Development, Customer Acquisition, or similar teams.
Transportation, logistics, fintech, SaaS, payments, banking, or financial services experience.
Experience utilizing CRM and sales enablement platforms.
Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
Spanish/English bilingual capabilities.
