Sales Development Representative (Outbound Insurance Calling)

We are looking for an upbeat, coachable Sales Development Representative to be the first friendly voice our future clients hear. You will make outbound calls, have genuine conversations, and connect interested homeowners with one of our licensed agents through a live transfer. No insurance license is required. If you can smile through the phone, handle a no with grace, and pick up the next call with the same energy, we will teach you the rest.

This role offers base pay plus a monthly bonus based on the transfers you make. The more families you connect with our agents, the more you earn, with no cap on your bonus. You will also receive daily coaching, a supportive team, and a clear path to grow your career in insurance.

Salary Range: $30000.00 - $50000.00 per year

Responsibilities

1. Make a high volume of outbound calls to homeowners and prospects every day
2. Start warm, genuine conversations and find out who would benefit from a AAA home and auto quote.
3. Ask simple qualifying questions and live transfer interested prospects to a licensed agent
4. Update each lead in AgencyZoom, mark it Transferred to Agent, and assign the agent who took the call.
5. Meet daily goals for calls and qualified transfers
6. Take part in daily coaching, role plays, and team huddles
7. Represent Fallon Insurance Agency and AAA with honesty, respect, and professionalism on every call

1. A positive attitude and a desire to grow, with no insurance experience required
2. Comfort making 150 or more outbound calls a day
3. A clear, confident, and friendly phone voice
4. Resilience: you treat every no as one step closer to a yes
5. Basic computer skills and the ability to learn a CRM quickly
6. Reliable attendance and punctuality
7. Must be 18 or older and pass a background check
8. Phone sales, call center, or customer service experience is a plus
