Your Role at Nutrient...

Nutrient is scaling its enterprise sales engine and we need someone at the front of it. We're looking for a passionate, curious, and experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our global enterprise sales team, reporting into our sales leadership. In this role, you'll drive new business by executing outbound prospecting strategies and ABM campaigns targeting national and global enterprise organisations.

You'll work directly with our sales and marketing teams, taking charge of generating new business opportunities through cold calling, strategic outreach, and relationship management. You should be comfortable making a high volume of calls per day, skilled at understanding customer needs and requirements, and able to translate those insights into qualified opportunities for the sales team.

This is a high-visibility role on a small, fast-moving team. You'll be the first voice many prospects hear from Nutrient, you'll see your work show up directly in pipeline, and you'll have a short feedback loop to sales leadership. What You'll Work On...

• Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting (cold calls, strategic email, and social outreach) to generate new enterprise pipeline
• Identify key decision-makers, uncover business requirements, and present Nutrient's solutions to open the sales cycle
• Execute ABM campaigns against our ideal customer profile in partnership with marketing, keeping outreach coordinated on message and timing
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop target account lists, call strategies, and messaging that drive new business
• Document, track, and manage all activity in our CRM with consistency so the team always has a clear view of the pipeline
• Build and maintain deep knowledge of the Nutrient product suite and articulate its value to prospects across industries

What You'll Bring...

• 2+ years of experience as a SDR or SDR with a proven track record in outbound prospecting and pipeline generation
• Highly comfortable with high-volume cold calling and engaging VP- and C-level stakeholders
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and strong self-discipline to manage a full outbound motion independently
• Proficiency in CRM software; HubSpot or Salesforce experience is a strong plus
• Nice to have: Experience in a technical B2B SaaS environment (developer tools, APIs, or platform software)
• Nice to have: Experience with sales engagement platforms and ABM tooling
