We are growing our U.S. sales organization and are looking for motivated, competitive, and coachable Sales Development Representatives to join our team in our Long Island office.
The Role
As an SDR, you will be responsible for generating qualified sales opportunities for our Account Executives. You will be on the front lines of our sales organization, engaging security and technology leaders at companies across the U.S.
This is an in-office position designed for someone who wants to develop a career in technology sales, learn the cybersecurity industry, and grow within a high-performing sales organization.
You will use a combination of phone, email, LinkedIn, and other outbound channels to identify prospects, start conversations, understand their security initiatives, and schedule qualified meetings for our sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect into target accounts and identify key decision-makers and influencers.
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting through phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Generate qualified meetings and pipeline for Account Executives.
- Research prospects and personalize outreach based on their business and cybersecurity initiatives.
- Engage with CISOs, CIOs, CTOs, security leaders, and other technology executives.
- Follow established sales processes and maintain accurate activity and prospect information in CRM.
- Qualify prospects based on business needs, timing, initiatives, and potential fit.
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified opportunities.
- Follow up consistently with prospects across multiple touchpoints.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly activity, meeting, and pipeline targets.
- Continuously improve messaging, prospecting techniques, and objection-handling skills.
- Participate in daily/weekly team meetings, coaching sessions, and sales training.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ year of SDR/BDR, inside sales, business development, or relevant sales experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable speaking with business and technology executives.
