Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Zaragoza Insurance Agency, a top-performing Farmers Insurance agency in Riverside, CA, is hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support our growing sales team.

This is not your typical telemarketing role. While the position involves outbound and inbound calling, it plays a vital role in driving our agencys success by connecting qualified prospects with our Sales Producers.

We are one of the fastest-growing and highest-producing agencies in the nation, and were looking for someone who wants to grow with us.

Salary Range: $18.00 - $20.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound calls to warm and cold leads
• Work through and re-engage leads in our existing pipeline/CRM
• Respond quickly to inbound leads and inquiries
• Qualify prospects and live-transfer interested clients to Sales Producers
• Maintain accurate records and activity in our CRM system
• Follow up consistently to maximize opportunities
• Play a key role in Sales Dept.

• Comfortable with outbound calling + inbound lead handling
• Strong, confident phone communication skills
• Goal-driven, reliable, and consistent
• Organized and able to manage leads in a CRM
• Coachable with a desire to improve
• Resilient and persistent (handles rejection well)
