Your fresh ideas and passion will help shape the future of our memory care and senior living community!What we're looking for in a Director of Sales & MarketingTo thrive as our Full-Time Director of Sales, you'll need a blend of experience, skills, and attributes that make you shine in the spotlight!A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is highly preferred, along with a stellar track record of at least 5 years in sales-preferably in senior living or healthcare.With a minimum of 8 years in management of long-term care/CCRC marketing and admissions, you'll bring valuable insights to our dynamic team.Strong leadership and communication skills are a must, as you'll be rallying your team and connecting with residents and their families.Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite will help you streamline efforts like a pro!Most importantly, we're looking for someone who is self-motivated and results-oriented, ready to tackle challenges independently while also being a team player.
