SALES DIRECTOR

Are you a high-energy, driven salesperson who loves competition, connecting with people, and closing deals?
D1 Training is looking for a Sales Director to own our entire sales process—from managing paid social media leads to closing memberships and creating new opportunities throughout the community.
This is not a sit-back-and-wait-for-leads role. We’re looking for a hunter, closer, and relationship builder who is willing to do whatever it takes to grow the business.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Respond quickly to inbound leads from social media and marketing campaigns
- Make consistent, high-volume outbound calls, texts, and follow-ups
- Set and conduct sales appointments and close memberships
- Own the prospect experience from first contact through enrollment
- Overcome objections and confidently ask for the sale
- Build relationships with local businesses, schools, teams, and organizations
- Generate leads through community outreach, networking, events, and partnerships
- Represent D1 at community events and promotional opportunities
- Track sales activity, appointments, conversions, and results
- Work closely with the coaching team to create an exceptional member experience

Sales experience is preferred, but the right attitude and work ethic matter most.
