The business is continuing to expand its North American commercial footprint and is investing heavily in building out a scalable distributor-driven sales organization across the utility market.This position represents a highly visible opportunity to build and lead the North American distributor channel strategy while helping shape long-term commercial growth initiatives across the region.Job DescriptionDevelop and execute the North American distributor sales strategy across the utility and electrical infrastructure marketsBuild, lead, and mentor a growing commercial organization focused on distributor-driven growth and utility market penetrationDrive revenue growth through strategic management of key distributor relationships including national and regional channel partnersOversee and support with building out the US Sales Distribution team.
