    Description

    Sales Enablement Coordinator

    Boston, MA | Entry-Level | Full-Time

Launch your career in consulting operations-supporting client engagements, building repeatable systems, and learning how great delivery actually happens.

At LABUR we believe rewarding and successful careers can begin from any role. It's what you do once you are in the seat that defines your path. This role sits at the center of our client work. Supporting live engagements, strengthening the systems behind them, and learning how high-quality delivery is executed day in and day out. There's no single "right" background. We've seen people succeed here from business and economics, athletics, hospitality, psychology, the arts, and more. What matters is a strong sense of ownership, comfort with detail, and a genuine interest in helping teams operate better.

This role is intentionally built as a foundation. Our founder started in a similar coordination seat. Earning trust through consistency, tightening operations, and continuously improving how work gets done. That early exposure became the base for leadership in recruiting, talent operations, client delivery, and ultimately the creation of LABUR.

    About LABUR

LABUR helps clients execute-by building the teams, processes, and operational discipline that keep engagements on track. We're detail-driven, standards-oriented, and serious about doing the basics exceptionally well. If you're looking for a place where reliability is respected and strong habits turn into real responsibility, you're in the right spot.

    The Role

As a Sales Enablement Coordinator, you'll be a core part of the operational engine behind our consulting and sales delivery. You'll help keep onboarding, documentation, communications, reporting, and internal requests running cleanly-so client teams can stay focused on great work. You'll get clear processes, real coaching, and a front-row seat to how engagements and consultants move from intake to kickoff to delivery.

    Who You Are

    • You're early-career (or a recent grad) and genuinely like structure.
    • You take pride in clean work, consistent habits, and following a process; you love the journey.
    • You communicate clearly, ask smart questions, and follow through.
    • You're comfortable in fast-moving environments and can juggle multiple priorities without dropping details.
    • You want exposure to consulting operations, sales, and business fundamentals, and you're hungry to learn what "great" looks like.

    Why LABUR?

We're a team of top performers in a top performing organization where preparation, consistency, and follow-through matter. You'll work closely with leaders, learn how consulting delivery and sales is supported behind the scenes, and earn more responsibility as you prove you can deliver.

    • Real responsibility early (with clear standards and support)
    • Direct exposure to how consulting organizations scale sales and delivery
    • Coaching and clarity-you'll know what "good" looks like
    • A team that values fundamentals: preparation, consistency, and follow?through

    Growth Path

    At LABUR, growth comes from:

    • Hard work - doing the work thoroughly, even when no one is watching
    • Integrity - honoring commitments and protecting standards
    • Positive energy - steady, professional, solutions-oriented presence

And above all, living the 3 P's:

    • Present - engaged, prepared, and attentive
    • Positive - constructive mindset, even under pressure
    • Productive - focused on meaningful output, not noise

Strong performers in this role often progress into:

    • Recruiting, talent operations, or staffing coordination roles
    • Practice operations, engagement coordination, or client-facing delivery roles
    • Enablement, systems, project operations, or leadership tracks

There is no preset ceiling here.

The work compounds. Trust builds. Responsibility grows.

The world is your oyster, but only if you earn it.
