Position Details:
Location: Houston, TX (100% onsite; no remote work) Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:45 AM – 5:15 PM Compensation: Competitive base salary + Commission (No Commission Cap) + Monthly & Quarterly Bonuses
What You’ll Do:
New Business Development – Proactively seek out and secure new business opportunities. Outbound Calls – Make cold calls to generate leads and build relationships. Customer Relationships – Build and maintain strong client connections. Multi-Tasking – Juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced office. Close Deals – Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.
What You Bring:
Sales-Driven Mentality – Motivated and persistent, always aiming to exceed targets. Strong Communication Skills – Personable, persuasive, and clear. Problem-solver – Quick on your feet and solutions-oriented. Team Player – Works well in a collaborative environment. Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of sales experience preferred. Bonus:Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus!
