Sales Manager- CNC Machine Tools

Position: Sales Manager- CNC Machine Tools

Territory: Alabama, Arkansas, NW, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, Tennessee

Duties: * To work with vendors to promote sales that benefit the vendor and Kearney Machinery

* Responsible for hiring and firing of salesmen. Also, monitoring the day-to-day performance of said salesmen.

* Work with management to establish and maintain sales goals for Kearney Machinery

* To be responsible for monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting to Kearney‘s vendors

* To oversee reporting of USMTO data each month

* To oversee Kearney’s salesforce program. This will ensure that the information is always up-to-date.

* To maintain regular reporting to the owner of sales results, projections, vendor, updates, etc.

* To constantly search for new vendors for the improvement of Kearney Machinery.

* To attend vendor meetings, shows, and related functions.

* Coordinate Kearney‘s participation at IMTS

* International travel is required
