Guide customers to a decision with zero pressure tactics
Resolve customer issues quickly, fairly, no blowback
Mentor the team and use AI and modern software to work faster
What it takes:
3+ years in sales, managing a team a plus
Communication skills that make strangers trust you
Obsessive attention to detail
Fluent with ChatGPT, Google Workspace, and CRM software
Attitude over pedigree
