Sales Manager DFW 

What we're looking for: 

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager in the security integration industry to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in the Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) region. This role requires a strong sales background, leadership skills, and industry expertise to manage existing client relationships, develop new business opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver comprehensive security solutions. 

What you'll be doing: 

• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in the DFW market. 

• Manage and grow key client relationships, ensuring exceptional customer service. 

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals. 

• Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to develop customized security solutions. 

• Create and present proposals, quotes, and scopes of work to clients. 

• Oversee the sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals and post-sales support. 

• Provide technical knowledge on access control, video surveillance, and intrusion detection systems. 

• Manage profit & loss (P&L) responsibilities related to sales activities and revenue generation. 

• Stay up to date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape. 

• Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings. 

• Lead and mentor junior sales team members to drive overall team success. 

What you bring to the table: 

• Proven track record in sales leadership within the security integration industry. 

• Experience in business development and account management in the security sector. 

• Strong knowledge of enterprise-level security solutions, including Lenel, Genetec, Avigilon, and Software House. 

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. 

• Ability to manage multiple sales opportunities and prioritize effectively. 

• Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities. 

• High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to company values. 

• BA/BS degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
