Strong relationship-building abilities with customers, channel partners, independent representatives, and industry stakeholders are essential. Demonstrated success working cross-functionally with sales, operations, engineering, and executive leadership teams is required. Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and organisational skills are needed. A self-motivated and strategic mindset, with the ability to work independently while influencing key stakeholders, is required.
