Sales Account Manager

Generate new business opportunities and develop a robust sales pipeline across assigned territories. Identify, prospect, and secure new customer accounts within targeted manufacturing markets. Conduct face-to-face customer meetings throughout New England and neighbouring states. Develop strong relationships with engineers, procurement teams, and decision-makers. Manage RFQs, quotations, proposals, and contract negotiations. Collaborate closely with engineering, operations, and leadership teams to develop tailored solutions. Present the company's manufacturing capabilities and value proposition to prospective customers. Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline activity. Drive revenue growth through strategic account penetration and market development. Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle and production process. Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity.
