Job Description: ACHC is currently looking to expand our exceptional team by recruiting for the position of Sales Manager. This Manager will provide direction and oversight to the day-to-day operations of the multifunctional inside (Customer Care) and Business Development teams, producing optimal results related to both outbound prospecting and inbound leads. The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of identifying opportunities and developing strong relationships with both external and internal customers. Responsibilities include: Manage the inside (Customer Care) and outside Sales team members, including staffing, training, performance management, and professional development; provide regular mentoring and coaching to foster growth among team members. Manage the Business Development team, including staffing, training, performance management and professional development. Responsible for identifying new partner opportunities, new corporate prospects including presenting, quoting and executing agreement for new corporate prospects. Review and analyze sales data and business trends to ensure proper performance of the Sales teams; provide sales statistics and trending data for reporting purposes as requested. Develop and maintain all ACHC policies and work instructions related to and supporting all aspects of ACHC’s Sales functions. Develop and maintain sales dashboards to monitor Sales performance; regularly make recommendations for performance improvement. Hold departmental meetings at a minimum of bi-weekly to ensure compliance with established policies and work instructions, open communication, and team engagement among department personnel. Create and distribute regular recurring goals to all Sales staff to ensure proper productivity, timely completion of tasks, and alignment with established company goals. Ensure that the Sales staff members have the necessary resources to perform properly and to achieve and maintain the highest level of customer service; make recommendations when additional resources/staff are needed. Foster relationships with executed corporate customers as needed to increase customer satisfaction and encourage renewal of Corporate contracts. Identify training or educational needs within the Sales teams and prepare materials to address specific issues. Work in collaboration with the Marketing Team to help develop collaterals to assist during the sales process; work closely with the Customer Experience team to seamlessly guide customers through the Accreditation process. Provide board meeting updates quarterly to demonstrate successes and challenges for the Community Care programs. Job Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree preferred with minimum 10 years of successful Sales/lead generation experience, preferably in the healthcare industry. Prior people-management experience required. Relevant work experience in the effective evaluation and quality monitoring of a multidisciplinary team. Proficiency in Hubspot and Microsoft applications. Demonstrated accomplishments in achieving sales objectives and increasing sales and market share. Proven ability to train and motivate Sales team members to achieve and exceed established goals. Great interpersonal and leadership skills; deep understanding of business drivers and key results. A good command of the English language, along with excellent writing skills and public relations. This position is office-based in Cary, NC, with eligibility to work remotely two days per week. Compensation includes base salary + annual bonus.
