Position Summary: The Sales Manager of our Premium Division oversees a division of 8-9 sales representatives whom sell beverage products to businesses within assigned territory. Primary Responsibilities:
Skills/Requirements: The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize within a multi-tasking environment. Ability to work calmly under pressure and meet tight deadlines; must possess strong analytical, negotiation and conflict resolution skills. Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills are also required. Must demonstrate intermediate to advanced level of proficiency within Microsoft Office applications. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business or management or equivalent combination of education and experience 5+ year’s wine/alcoholic beverage sales management experience Compensation: Southern Glazer’s Beverage Company offers an estimated annual salary with a range of $100,000 to $140,000. This salary is an average for this position. In determining a final offer, the company will evaluate a specific candidate's education, skills and experience and will make an offer appropriately.
