We’re looking for a Sales Account Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys both managing client relationships and leading a team. This role is perfect for someone who has experience on the customer service and sales side managing a portfolio of accounts, and is ready to step into a position where they can drive strategy, lead people, and make an impact.

 

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Manage a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the main point of contact
  • Analyze account performance, trends, and forecasting
  • Partner with internal teams on inventory, pricing, and distribution strategy
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships (travel included)
  • Create and deliver presentations and data-driven insights

Leadership Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of 3 direct reports
  • Conduct performance evaluations (quarterly/annual)
  • Make recommendations on raises, promotions, and development plans
  • Build and implement training programs and SOPs
  • Mentor and develop your team to improve performance and efficiency

What You Bring
  • Experience managing a portfolio of accounts (sales or customer service side)
  • Prior experience with direct reports and performance management
  • Strong background in forecasting, analysis, and reporting
  • Advanced Excel skills (used daily)
  • Experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics strongly preferred)
  • Ability to build presentations and communicate insights clearly
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
