Position Summary

We're looking for a hands-on Salesforce specialist to support and improve our growing CRM environment. You'll be responsible for keeping the CRM clean and well instrumented, and for keeping our sales process documented and continuously improving. This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports. You'll drive process changes through documentation, system configuration, and cross-functional partnership.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• CRM Management: Oversee the Salesforce CRM to ensure data integrity and streamline sales workflows.
• Sales Process Improvement: Partner with sales leadership to analyze bottlenecks, reduce cycle times, and identify process improvements that cut inefficiencies and boost sales productivity.
• Automation: Use Salesforce automation tools to streamline workflows and shorten sales cycles.
• Training and Documentation: Train new sales representatives on the CRM during onboarding, and keep sales process documentation current as processes change.
• Collaboration: Work closely with sales representatives, business development, the operations manager, and other stakeholders to align goals and support the sales organization.

Success Metrics

• CRM data accuracy and hygiene, including required-field completion and duplicate rate
• CRM adoption and system uptime
• Number of process improvement initiatives completed per quarter

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in sales operations, CRM administration, or a similar role.

• Strong hands-on Salesforce experience supporting sales processes.

• Excellent analytical skills, with experience using data and metrics to improve team performance.

• Advanced Excel skills and experience building dashboards for KPI tracking and sales analytics.

• Candidates will be required to take an Excel Assessment.

• Strong attention to detail and a data-driven approach to sales and business operations.

• Clear, effective communication with sales, business development, and cross-functional stakeholders.

• Ability to build strong working relationships that improve team performance and help the team reach sales targets.

Schedule and Location

• Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m., with a 1-hour meal break
• Remote [Must reside in one of the following states: AL, AZ, CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, ID, IL, KY, MD, MI, MN, NV, NJ, NY, NC, ND, OH, PA, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WV, WI]

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary range: $65,000 - $75,000 per year
