Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, this individual will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing high-volume sales talent across the Dallas-Fort Worth area. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment and is passionate about connecting people with opportunity.CompensationBase Salary: Up to $60, 000Commission: $30, 000–$50, 000Total Compensation Potential: $90, 000–$110, 000+Key ResponsibilitiesSource and recruit W-2 sales professionals for DFW-based rolesManage a high-volume pipeline, filling 4–10 sales positions per monthUtilize LinkedIn, Handshake, ZoomInfo, and Indeed to identify and engage candidatesMaintain candidate tracking and pipeline management using LinkedIn as an interim ATSPartner closely with Sales Manager (Carly) to align recruiting strategy with business growthBuild relationships with candidates and create an exceptional experience throughout the hiring processDevelop and maintain a proactive pipeline of qualified sales talent to account for ongoing attritionQualifications2–3 years of recruiting experience, with a strong focus on sales rolesProven track record in high-volume recruitingFamiliarity with tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Handshake, ZoomInfo, and IndeedEnergetic, outgoing, and persuasive communicatorSelf-starter who thrives in a startup environment with minimal structureComfortable working in a metrics-driven, fast-paced cultureWork Schedule & EnvironmentOn-site, Monday–Friday, 8: 30 AM–5: 00 PM for the first two monthsTransition to a flexible schedule upon demonstrated performance (flex hours and partial remote available)Reports to: Sales Manager / General Operations LeadAdditional RequirementsMust complete a Cultural Index Assessment as part of the hiring process
