Salary Range: $80000.00 - $100000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Consult with individuals and businesses to determine their unique risk management and insurance needs.

Generate new business opportunities through professional networking and community engagement.

Guide clients through the policy renewal process while providing clear explanations of their coverage options.

Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and policy adjustments within our database.

Collaborate with our service team to resolve billing, claim, or policy-related questions promptly.

Educate clients on how various coverage features protect their financial future.

Active Property & Casualty Insurance License in California.

Three or more years of experience in direct sales or client relationship management.

Strong proficiency in agency management systems and standard office software.

Ability to commute daily to our Montclair office location.

Demonstrated skill in listening to client needs and matching them with the right insurance solutions.

Experience with auto and home insurance is highly valued.
